Cancellation Policy

I ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, in order to allow sufficient time to fill that spot.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% scheduled service cost.


Failure to arrive to your scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a No-Show and you receive a fee of 100% scheduled service cost in order to reschedule.
 

Late Policy
Please arrive to your appointment on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without approval will be considered a late cancellation and will require a 50% rebooking fee in order to reschedule.

**fees are an additional cost and will not go towards future appointments.

Adjustments
I'm confident you're going to love your hair, but if for any reason you are unhappy, I'm here to 
help! Reach out to me with 14 days of your initial appointment and we can make any tweaks. If it's been more than 14 days, you'll have to schedule an appointment at full price.
